Enthu.ai will use this freshly raised funds in accelerating its engineering and sales efforts for its growth towards its vision of enabling contact centres to deliver better customer outcomes.
Ahmedabad-based Appitsimple and its Founder Ankit Dudhwewala have invested in Enthu.ai, Appitsimple is better known for its products called CallHippo and SoftwareSuggest has invested $200,000 in Enthu.ai.
According to a statement, Enthu.ai said “With the raised funds we will be hiring new and talented employees with the total team around 20 members in next six months and other capital will be fused in scaling and growing the company’s revenue by 7X by the end 2021”.
